Individuals who are eligible to participate must be at least 15 years old

Individuals who are eligible to participate must be at least 15 years old and no longer at school.

Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with appropriate visas and work permits on a pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen.
