This qualification covers case management, individual needs planning, health and well-being strategies, working with disabilities, cultural diversity, working with at-risk individuals and facilitating accurate referrals to specialist services.

Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings or support the implementation of specific community-based programs.

    (Please note that this program does not provide the full CII FSK qualification. Our program focuses on 8 key units aligned with critical skills identified by employers for new employees)

Eligibility Criteria

The program is being run by Five Bridges in partnership with Look Now Training RTO 31827. This training is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government through its Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
