This launchpad program aims to improve employment opportunities by providing the necessary entry-level skills for gaining work in the Security Industry.
Gain practical skills for an exciting career such as a Security Guard, Mobile Patrol Officer, Control Room Operator, Crowd Controller and other future career paths available (e.g Armaguard Officer).
This program will give you hands-on training, including how to manage intoxicated persons, remove persons from a premises, basic defensive techniques, protecting persons and valuables, and emergency evacuation procedures.

As part of this program, you will complete your CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations qualification and gain your Security Licence.
Partnership with Wilson Security gives you access to existing jobs in your area.

Participants receive a tailored skills plan, allowing them to focus on areas where they need the most improvement and achieve their personal goals.

To participate, individuals must be residents of Queensland
Individuals who are eligible to participate must be at least 18 years old
Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident (including humanitarian entrant), temporary resident with appropriate visas and work permits on a pathway to permanent residency, or a New Zealand citizen
In this unique career preparation program, Five Bridges, in partnership with Skilling Solutions and Wilson Security, will provide you with the skills you need to land your dream job with local businesses that have positions available.
